The MENA region’s Construction Industry has experienced an unexpected boom over the past ten years or so, with sustained and growing attractiveness from both local and multinational construction companies. It is growing and unfortunately is these days fraught with an exceptionally high level of risks, which are somehow bearing unfavourably on all events with in some instances heavy overruns or negative impacts on project performance.
The nature of the risks is nevertheless either political, legal, economic, social, geological, financial, managerial and / or professional, etc.
